ART342 hosts local, national and international artists for 14-week sessions during the spring, summer and fall. At this time we are able to accommodate most visual artists, including ceramicists, scholarly and creative writers, and composers. Free studio space and living arrangements are awarded to select residents.

In addition to studio space and a modest weekly stipend for accepted residents, ART342 makes contributions to the Colorado State University music department by sponsoring the graduate string quartet and providing support for the jazz program.

Located alongside the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, ART342 is approximately 60 miles north of Denver. The Fort Collins area offers a wide range of outdoor activities, community cultural events, galleries, museums, friendly people and fabulous restaurants.
